Our herbal remedies are pure and potent concentrates. We use certified organic, fresh herbs or wild crafted herbs—no GMO, no fillers. Our tinctures are lovingly created fresh, in small batches and only as needed, by Hans, a third generation German Master Herbalist and Ethnopharmacologist with over 40 years experience. Hans applies quality control according to traditional German methods of herbalism and follows Deutsches Homöopathisches Arzneibuch – HAB.

Our 25ml, 50ml, 100ml, 200ml and 250ml are glass bottles.

Our 25ml, 50ml, 100ml bottles include a dripper (dripolator insert).

None of our bottles include a dropper.

Our capsules are vegetable, vegetarian, vegan, non-GMO, 00 size with average 550mg of herbs per capsule, and come in a zip-lock bag.

* Should you wish to order one of our tinctures, herbal concentrates or glycerites in 500ml or 1000ml, please contact us. To avoid breakage during shipping, our 500ml and 1000ml bottles are BPA free plastic bottles. 

Please kindly take notice, our tinctures are alcohol-based. We do not have alcohol-free tinctures. We can make a glycerite version for you. At Checkout you can mention "low alcohol glycerite".

Hans the Herbalist wishes you to know that in a glycerite, the power of the herb is about 5 times less than in a tincture. Hans the Herbalist wrote on 11th of February AD2022 at SonnengartenOrganics' Telegram Channel:
"Why Alcohol? Alcohol is a natural solvent in the extraction process of medicinal herbs. From an alchemical perspective, it can dissolve a much greater range of molecules than many other solvents. Alcohol is best able to preserve the whole plant and its constituents and in general the medicinal qualities are way superior to other methods of extraction. Alcohol makes up approximately 45 to 55% of the liquid extract, depending on the exact herb ratio. Herbs in alcohol can last for years. I have herbs older than 40 years, and they only get better with age. Glycerine-based herbs have a shelf life of a year or two. The amount of alcohol in one dropper full (1 serving) of liquid extract is about 1/10th of a teaspoon, equivalent to the amount of alcohol contained in a ripe banana. If this is a problem the alcohol can be reduced by adding the drops to boiled water and allowing it to sit for a few minutes."
