Do you post products outside Australia?

We do ship to North America, however, we DO NOT currently ship to Europe.

Estimated delivery times to the U.S.: 5-14 business days. Hans the Herbalist will do his best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hans the Herbalist is not responsible for delays due to customs.  

How long until I receive my product(s)?

From the moment you complete your purchase(s) at the Check Out, expect 1-2 business days for processing time.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Delivery times are in 3-10 business days*. Our deliveries are sent via Australia Post as Standard Parcel Posts only.

NORTH AMERICA: Expect delivery in 5-14 business days*. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hans The Herbalist is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I return or exchange my purchased product?

Hans the Herbalist gladly accepts returns and exchanges*. Contact Hans within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.  

Hans does not accept product order cancellations.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.  

* The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders 
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers) 
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 
  • Items on sale 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
